Our Approach
How an enquiry actually moves
Order matters here, so this is the sequence a typical requirement follows.

You send the requirement
A drawing, a dimension sheet, a sketch or a photo of an existing lamination. For strip, a width list is enough to start.

We check feasibility
We look at the profile, the material and the quantity, and confirm whether it is workable. If it is not, we say so at this stage rather than later.

Commercials are agreed
Material, quantity, packing and delivery are settled in writing so there is no ambiguity once the job is running.

Cutting and dispatch
Material is prepared, checked against the agreed dimensions, packed to protect the edges, and dispatched.

Why the handling matters as much as the cutting
Electrical steel is thin, coated and unforgiving. Burrs at the cut edge, a damaged coating or a bent corner all show up later as avoidable core loss or as a lamination that will not sit flat in the stack. None of that is visible on a purchase order, which is exactly why it gets skipped by suppliers who treat this as ordinary sheet metal.
We work on the assumption that the customer is going to stack this material by hand and needs it to behave. Dimensions are checked against what was agreed, and material is packed so it arrives in the same condition it left in.
Where a customer has a specific inspection or documentation requirement, raise it during the enquiry so it can be built into the job from the start.
